REFUSING TO PAY OUT PROMISED R400

I call outsurance on two accounts this year in response to their advert to pay out R400 should they fail to beat you current car insurance. On the one occasion was I told i'd receive an email with info to complete, it never happened. I called them and I was placed on hold when the phone suddenly cut. This happened again today.<br> <br> R400 advert is misleading to viewers!!!
