Refusing to pay for 3rd party

<p>I was involved in an accident whereby Outsurance client bumped into me, he agreed that he was at fault and we even went to the police station to give a report. Client contacted his insurance for 3rd party liability as he is the policy holder, Outsurance started calling me and told me that they will NOT pay for the claim as it was not their clients fault because a dog distracted him(Client). Outsurance client fully agrees that he was at fault and Outsurance are mentioning things like "<strong>We refer you to the Delictual Liability in Motor Law by WE Cooper published by JUTA & CO, LTD 1996:" </strong>this is what they do when they dont want to keep to their word. Be careful of fine prints as they will never keep to their words and who are they to judge that he was not at fault. Outsurance acted in a very useless manner here.</p>

Thank you for your feedback and allowing us the opportunity to review the merits.

Our liability claims manager, Jeanine contacted you and explained the reasons for our initial decision to reject. She also discussed our revised decision and we will finalise the claim for you as soon as possible.
