Refusing to pay for 3rd party

You give me the whole "Delictual Liability in Motor Law by WE Cooper published by JUTA & CO, LTD 1996" story that he acted in an emergency and can't be held liable and thus rejected my claim. His daughter in fact drove through my wall. You client has committed insurance *****.
