Refusing to pay for 3rd party

Your client has committed insurance ***** without mentioning full details wrt his claim when his daughter drove through my wall.

Now you don't want to pay out a claim because he mentioned he swerved out for a dog. You give me the whole "Delictual Liability in Motor Law by WE Cooper published by JUTA & CO, LTD 1996" story that he acted in an emergency and can't be held liable and thus rejected my claim. His daughter in fact drove through my wall. You client has committed insurance *****. I will now wait for your response and if I don't receive a satisfactory response I will go to the ombudsman.

You are acting in a very dishonourable manner. My claim number is ********** 65.
