Refusing to honour legitimate claim

My Audi was involved in an accident and the front left hand side of the vehicle was smashed. It was assessed to have R55,000.00 damage and taken to Auto Magic Centurion. Auto magic fixed the vehicles bodywork and once complete they notified me that the head was damaged as the engine would have to come out. This was indicated as a vibration on the engine. Outsurance claimed it was not part of the accident and when I challenged Outsurance on this, the vehicle was sent back to Audi for further testing.

It came back that there is nthing wrong with the head but the problem on starting was not resolved. I then told Auto magic that the vehicle was not fixed and I wanted it rechecked. They scheduled another appointment for a week later at Audi Hatfield for the vehicle to be checked. It came back that the from left engine mounting is damaged, the same side as the accident.

OUTSURANCE CLAIMS A NO PAYMENT ON THIS AS IT IS NOT PART OF THE ACCIDENT. FORTUNATELY, I HAD THE ENGINE MOUNTINGS REPLACED LAST YEAR JULY, (AND HAVE PROOF) AND THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL THAT THE ENGINE MOUNTING CAN DETERIORATED TO THAT EXTENT BETWEEN JULY AND DECEMBER WHEN THE ACCIDENT TOOK PLACE.

Auto magic informed me that the assessor had disaproved the claim and that they would contact me in this regard. This was last week Wednesday 8 March 2017 and I am still awaiting feedback or to be contacted by the assessor. This is very poor service, unprofessional and totally unaccetable.
