Refusing repudiation confirmation

Outsurance's general manager refuses to provide me with a claim repudiation confirmation letter. This is needed as they won't recognise my claim whereby an employee stole & damaged a client's motor vehicle. This confirmation is urgently required for attorneys. 11 days and i have been treated like a ******** without sufficient feedback by these agents.
