Refuse to pay
HIGHLY disappointed with OUTSURANCE, customer service is terrible ! Got into a accident 12MARCH, they then proceeded to tell me that the claim is being processed only to let me know over a month later that they are not covering my car. Reasoning is that both cars were moving so they not paying!!!
