Refuse to fix the whole car
I have a problem with Outsurance, I have my claim approved in November 2021, and still today they are refusing to fix my car

Andre from our client liaison team has been in contact with you to address your concerns and to set up an appointment with the panel beater in order for them to complete the outstanding work on your vehicle. The panel beater did temporary repairs in order for you to have your vehicle during the festive season.
