Refusal to Cancel my policy

I have phoned Outsurance to Cancel my policy on 01/10/2015 and the call center refused to do so.<br> I also phoned the action line and the person assured me that the policy will be cancelled. <br> <br> Till today Outsurance is still debiting my account and according to the e-mail i received the policy is still active.<br> <br> This is unacceptable! according to the insurance law I can cancel my policy at any time I want to!!!<br> It seems to me that Outsurance does not know about that!!!
