Refusal to attend to damaged vehicle

On the 8th of September 2012, Lorraine Malatsi being a co-manager of Mile Investmets 191 (Pty) Ltd Reg: *** was being called to attend to an emergency call of Ms Salome Ramoroka at Kuaggasrand. Mile Investments 191 (Pty) Ltd offers uncompromised transport solutions to our specialized customers. Ms Salome Ramoroka was at labour pains for the delivery of (the now born) baby Mahlatse. Ms Yvonne who mentioned that she is related to Ms Salome Ramoroka was at the gate of 167 Bosbok Street where our vehicle was picking our customer. Due to the incident we could not transport our customer Ms Salome Ramoroka instead we called an Ambulance to attend to the matter.<br> <br> <br> <br> Lorraine Malatsi being a driver of vehicle A(BT19TFGP) was driving due west on the left lane. She stopped the vehicle still on the left lane with the intention entering 167 Bosbok Street by reverse. As she was reversing slowly towards 167 Bosbok street (probably not moving at more than 10 km/h). Vehicle B(YCH753GP) came at high speed and rammed the left side of vehicle B(BT19TFGP) and jerked to the left to hit the pave of the house opposite 167 Bosbok Street.
