Refusal of claim on damaged generator

After I have disputed this rejection with OUTSURANCE, and indicated to them that the grounds on which they are refusing my claim is unacceptable, I received feedback today that my claim will not be acknowledged. An amount of R2359.04 is paid every month to OUTSURANCE, and we have NEVER missed a payment. But now that I am in need of some assistance, they are finding every possible excuse not to acknowledge this claim. I am not a difficult customer, and if the generator failed due to negligence or abuse, I would be more than happy with the outcome. but we have used it not more than 5 times in the past as it was purchased recently.<br> I am very unhappy with the service I received and that OUTSURANCE refuses to acknowledge my claim. I am not being unreasonable with this complaint.<br> I have had my vehicles and household insured with OUTSURANCE for a couple of years now, but the treatment I received with this claim rejection is disappointing, and they are forcing me to obtain new quotes at their competitors to move my policy to a firm that wont find excuses when it comes to paying out a claim.<br> all these excuses not to pay a small claim, what would happen if it was a big claim???
