Refunded Excess in Record Time

Thank you Jeanine for recovering my excess in record time! I was rear-ended and wanted to claim as a third party from the guilty party. Upon reading the t's and c's from the other insurance company I realised I would be out of pocket for months and that over Christmas, well into the New Year. My claim at OUTsurance was settled quickly and my excess recovered in record time. Thanks to regular follow ups to the other insurance company, I now have a booster to my dire January budget.
