Refunded excess

<p>Just a quick note to say that it was such a nice surprise this morning when Gerrard Nel of Outsurance contacted me to let me know that they will be refunding my excess of a claim made back in 2014 after a car accident caused by third party. I'm very surprised and very impressed! Thank you, Gerrard! </p>
