Refund on Excess

<p>i ahd an accident last year july when a McDonalds s****** went over a Stop sign and ran into my car. FIRSTLY,I had to pay towing fees : +/-R9000-(coz i did not know i was not supposed to allow a tow truck to tow my car accept an outsurence truck), which Outsurence FULLY refunded the same week. I then had to pay a R4000 excess for the claim, which Outsurence fought out in court and just reimbursed me with today.</p> <p> </p> <p>So i say a mighty big THANK YOU to the team. I know its what i pay for, but im a super satisfied customer coz i am reaping the fruits of my premiums!</p> <p>Big thumbs up to Outsurence- coz i really always get something out.</p>
