Refund of my excess

<p>Heartiest congratulations to SIMON NKWINIKA and the Legal Team for managing to get my excess back. My heartfelt thanks to the whole team who were absolutely amazing with my claim. My car was hit by another motorist whilst I was stationary and his useless insurance did nothing but give me the runaround for 3 weeks. I decided to forfeit my longstanding non claim benefits by using my own insurance (Outsurance) to get my car repaired which was done without question almost immediately. I obviously had to pay the excess which really broke my pocket but within 3 weeks OUTSURANCE gave me to call to say that they had managed to get my full excess amount back from the other motorists insurance. Well done OUTSURANCE. You made a bad experience a whole lot easier. Simon you are the best!!!!</p>
