Refund of excess paid

Thank you to Outsurance and the legal department for keeping me up to date with my accident claim dated 15 April 2015. I just received a call to advise that Outsurance were successful in getting the claims on my accident paid, and that they will be refunding my excess paid. I am very impressed with the service, always keeping me up to date and the added bonus of the R1100 paid back to me.
