Refund of Excess...Amazing

<p>I hit a pot hole with my car and logged a claim with Outsurance. The car was fixed promptly but i obvioulsy had to pay an excess. Issue resolved........NO! not if you insured with Outsurance. They contacted the Jhb Roads Agency and laid a complaint regarding teh pothole. </p> <p>Not sure what happened but all i Know is that i received a call from Outsurance almost a year later with the refund of my excess.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now thats WORLD CLASS service. well done Outsurance!</p>
