Refund of Excess after accident

Roxanne @ Outsurance has been excellent during the process after my accident in November 2015. She kept me informed of the legal process to claim back my excess. I was informed today that the process was successful and my excess amount would be repaid within the next 2 to 3 days. I have always felt comfortable to refer someone to Outsurance and once again they have proven that they are excellent.
