Refund of excess

I had an car accident in Jan/Feb 2015 and the other driver was at fault. I was pleasantly surprised when today I was called by Jolene Booysen to inform me that my excess will be refunded as Outsurance has recovered the costs of the accident from the other driver/driver's insurance company.<br> Outsurance went a long way to try and hold the other driver responsibly including employing tracing agents.<br> <br> I am very happy to receive the excess back and I thank Outsurance for tirelessly following up on my case.<br> <br> Thank you Outsurance:)
