Refund of access paid

We had an accident Feb 2014, which was not our fault. We tried to get the guilty party to pay for our damage in order for us not to hassle our own insurance company (Outsurance). However, after several months we actually through in the towel and contacted Outsurance in order to get our vehicle fixed. They were very friendly and helpful and within a week our vehicle was at the panelbeaters. Unfortunately we still needed to pay the access on the vehicle but Cheree assured us that they will try to recover it from the guilty party. Earlier today we got a pleasant surprise when Cheree contacted me in order to let me know they will be refunding us our access as they had recovered the money. Well done and thank you. Job well done.
