Refund
I requested a Refund from Outsurance in September till to date nothing!!!. I have done follow ups and I spoke with 3different consultants; none of them can tell me how far is my request instead they promised to call me back but none of them did. I'm very disappointed that's not the service I expected from Outsurance.
