Refund due unhappy

Policy number: OT*** I received a email on the 06/01/2025 8:49 that it says total payable R1,296.84. (that i agreed on)

On the 24/02/2024 19:15 i received another email to say my premium went up. I check my bank account and saw that a my premium for January 2025 was R1,525.11 and was going of for February. On the 28/02/2025 I called in to cancel as I felt mislead. Mpuni Mahlangu amended my policy to R1087.00 and promised I will get a refund of R400.00 which has not happened. Can I have urgent feedback if I will be refunded or not????/
