Refund

I am very disappointed in this company OUTsurance with their empty promises of my R5100 refund.

I was promised a refund that it would be paid in ful yesterday but comes yesterday no money in my account, I call them I am told that they're not sure when it will come in but I should wait few days.

What ******* is this?? I called this insurance to cancel the contract as soon as I ddnt go collect the car I was buying which by the way was the very next day after getting the insurance.

You are telling me that calling the next day to infrom you that I am no longer buying the vehicle, I must now fight for my money back?

I gave you more then enough time a week has passed now and I was told I would get my refund on the 30th of August.

Why are you ****s??

I am going to report this company to the ombudsman and open case of theft.

I have things to pay and responsibilities how on earth I am supposed to that now?? I am at risk of debit orders not going through because of this company.

You need to fix this immediately or I am going full force to get my money back in full yeeerrrr nxh
