Refund
My refund has still not been received. This morning a manager called me confirming the refund was not also not processed. I want my REFUND ASAP. just as quick as Outsurance used to debit my account do I want the money put back into my account. You insured me *******ly and I will be taking this complaint much further. The bank advised even if funds were deposited and waiting to clear they would be able to see it but so far no funds was even deposited and Monday 16th October 2017 is the 7th Business day. Why must I wait for my own money when outsurance caught on BS!!!

Thank you for notifying us. Jeremy our client services manager contacted you to discuss why there was a delay with the refund. The refund was processed and released on the 13th of October. The 13th was a Friday and due to the weekend as well as the different banking institutions, there was a delay. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
