Be very much aware and careful, that Outsurance has gone from being the best of the best in the insurance industry, to the worst when it comes to handling insurance claims. They rate themselves highly, on a daily basis through their adverti*****ts, vis-à-vis settlements matters, and the opposite is true. I wish I could bring back the former version of Outsurance in claim settlement, due to deteriorating levels of claim service currently. Unless I’m convinced otherwise, and my claim addressed appropriately with the relevancy,decency and urgency it deserves, I’ll continue to be vocal about this matter on every media platform within my reach.
