Reduction in monthly installment

I was not expecting any reduction when I called in and expecting to change insurance. Being with Outsurance for 4 years has been great. The senior consultant Miss Ilham was great and reduced my insurance installment to a fantastic rate. Great service, very polite and pleasant to deal with.
