Recovery of your excess

I would like to compliment Angelique Brown and her team.<br> <br> I was told that they will try to recover my excess after an accident.<br> <br> I thougth I will never hear from them again.<br> <br> To my supprise they recovert 70 % without me even having to call them<br> <br> Great stuff
