Recovery of excess for accident

A lady by the name of Erica Korbs contacted me shortly after my claim with Outsurance was approved to get more information on the accident, so that they can try and recover the cost from the 3rd Party and also get my access back, this entire process took about a month to my surprise and I was contacted by Erica today to inform me they have been successful and my access will be paid back to me shortly. .
