Recovery of Excess

I was very unhappy about having to pay an excess on damage to my car due to an accident that was not my fault, that I eventually had to fix through my own insurance almost a year after the accident due to non-compliance from the company whose truck hit me. My insurance company - Outsurance - promised me that they would try & recover the excess that I could barely afford but sc***** together, but in all honesty I had written it off. Then to my absolute amazement I was phoned yesterday with the incredible news that they have recovered my excess!! I am very happy, this is like an early Christmas present, & I am very grateful to Outsurance for their amazing service!<br> <br> From: a very satisfied client
