Recovery of Excess

I was involved in a car accident on the 30 May 2015, i was not at fault and my car needed to be fixed, my insurance's legal services Outsurance took it upon themselve to recover my excess from the other party. I was impressed on how they handled the situation and managed to recover the excess in 2 months.
