Recovery of Excess

I Was involved in a collision in November 2014 and the other party was liable, i had claimed from outsurance and paid the required excess upon completion of the repairs of the vehicle. I was informed that the a recovery of the excess paid was possible but not guaranteed. I did pursue the matter with Outsurance and th recovery was handled by Lucia Tsamai.<br> <br> She dealt effectively and most effeceintly as she could with pursuing a settelement with the liable parties insurance company who where difficult and ineffecient in handling the matter. Lucia gave informative feedback and through much effort the excess has been refunded the claim settled.<br> <br> Thank you outsurance and Lucia.
