Recovery of excess

In April my car was involved in a rear-end collision. Jeni Malan was assigned to reclaim my excess from the other party. She provided me with feedback throughout the process and managed to reclaim my excess in a very short time. She was efficient and provided excellent service, resolving this unpleasant event quicker than what I could have hoped for. :)
