Recovering my Access Payment

Someone reversed into my car in a parking lot and drove away. Lucky for me, there was an eyewitness who wrote down the registration number. I contacted Outsurance ; gave them all the information. They paid the claim for the repair but promised to recover the money and will refund the access amount of R2,500. The whole process went smooth and I got my car after a week. They phoned me today with the wonderful news, they have recovered the access amount. Wow, this is all I can say. I am extremely grateful for Outsurance. a Big thank you for.
