Recovering Excess!!!

<p>I had an accident 15 Dec 2014 and Outsurance paid out within a week. But my compliment today is to thank them, especially Charity Mazibuko for relentlessly chasing the guilty party to pay the excess amount. Although it took 2 years, I'm happy to say that they are now able to refund the excess amount. It could not have come at a better time. Thank you so much!!! </p>
