Recovering Excess

Natasha Van Der Bergh of Outsurance's legal department went the extra mile in recovering the excess I had paid following a claim on my motor insurance. Initially the opposing insurance company offered to settle 80% of the excess but she rejected their offer and demanded a 100% refund. Within a day, she personally contacted me to inform me that I would receive back the full amount I had paid.
