Recovering Excess

My car was involved in an accident in October 2014. Lucia made contact with the other involved car to collate the statements and ascertain who was in the wrong. Following a rigorous process of calling the witnesses and the other involved car insurance the claim was ultimately settled. With Lucia's dedication the other involved party admitted wrong doing and similarly the excess was recovered. During the entire process I received feedback from Lucia.
