Recovered my excess from the municipality

Earlier this year I cancelled my car insurance contract with Outsurance because of *********** call centre staff and an exorbitant increase in my monthly premiums. I thought I'll never hear from them again after all the hassles I went though because of them. Even though I am a happy MiWay customer now, I must compliment Outsurance on recovering my excess for the accident in February 2014. This was such a pleasant surprise! My excess of R6800 was recovered in October 2015 and paid to me 2 days after I received the phone call from Thakane. Like I said, it was a complete surprise to me to get the phone call out of the blue saying I am getting R6800 paid to me, after writing off that amount that I paid last year and forgetting about it. Thanks a lot, I really, really appreciate it!
