Recovered my excess amount from liable party

Bakkie was hit. Liable party did not want to claim from his insurance to cover my damage as he had no damage to his truck bull bar. I had to claim through my insurance and pay excess. Outsurance legal department started the process to recover their cost and my excess and were successful
