Recovered my excess :)

I was pleasantly surprised when, after being rear-ended by an irresponsible driver and having to pay a hefty excess for the repairs on my car, Outsurance managed to recover this excess for me (even if it was 2 months after the accident), as this is quite unheard of. Thanks, Thakane :)
