Recover of excess

We had a vehicle accident earlier this year which was not our fault. The person that pumped into our car did not have insurance and we therefore had to claim from our own. Rene had informed me that she would contact the 3rd party and retrieve our excess. and she did.<br> Thank you for your outstanding effort and constant update on your progress. I do appreciate it.<br>
