Recover Excess

It is very very seldom that an insurance company goes the extra mile to investigate the accident and recover excess in the case where you were not at fault. In this case Outsurance were very efficient in handling the claim and paying out for our vehicle that was written off in the accident (this was all settled within 7 days). Outsurance then also have recovered the excess from the other parties insurance company and refunded to us. This is great customer service and is the reason I will deal with Outsurance - whenever I have had a claim, be it motor vehicle or household related - I have always received exceptional customer service.
