Recently reviewed my policy after an increase that was effected. The outsurance consultant who assisted me was very professional, but more importantly, she was empathetic to my situation. Not only did outsurance save me money by calling me back, but it took only 3 minutes to review my policy and give me a reduced monthly payment with exactly the same benefits.
