I must say it's was the most efficient and wonderful experience I have had in a long time . The telesales consultant Peggy was a refreshing change. She answered all my questions and also put my mind at ease wrt to the entries process. Within half an hour my car was insured and I received my policy document. The following day I contacted them when I read that if you refer a client online and they join, you will receive a discount on your next premium. Since my mum was the one who referred me, they took her details and discounted her next premium. Its a company that puts their money where their mouth is . Great Job OUTsurance
