At first i dealt with the most friendly person helping me to take out insurance on a new vehicle i wanted to purchase. when the deal fell through i had to call OUTsurance to inform them that the deal fell through, a policy manager assisted me and pro-longed the time to the next month until I manage to find a vehicle and get the deal through! instead of cancelling everything and giving up!
