Received R400 from Outsurance

On radio they always advertise Outsurance - "If they can't beat your current insurance premium they will pay you R 400 if you submitted a claim within 3 years, and if you do not have any claims at all they will pay you R 800 " - Something like that.

So I thought, why not try and get a more affordable quote from them as my current insurance premium was quite high. Unfortunately for me they could not beat my current insurance premium, the premium was basically on the same level.

I then completed their instructions to claim for the R400 (since I was in a car accident in 2015). To my surprise I received a call from a friendly adviser stating that I qualify for the claim and wanted to verify my banking details.

I couldn't believe it, they deposited the cash into my bank account within 4 days!!! I have never come across an insurance company that gives you money without any complaints.... Thank you Outsurance!
