Generally I terminate these sales call within a minute but for some reason her voice, her sincerity and caring nature convinced me to continue She was audible, swift, precise and professional Though my quote or sale was an unsuccessful call, I imagine I would relook at Outsurance in the near future if I am in the market Oh yes, I did not take this call with the intention of receiving any money. To my surprise I received a follow up call from yet another exciting lady explaining that I stand a chance of being rewarded R1500 if I had a 3 year no claim Sadly for me, I had a windscreen claim BUT joy to my ears was that I did receive R500.00 for Outsurance not being able to match or beat the quote Brilliant all round service and UNIQUE
