I had been a customer with Outsurance for 13 days after changing my insurers, Outsurance insured my home content, car etc at the best price. We woke up to find we had been burgled and our car ****** as well. It was a horrible ordeal and the shock was debilitating. The OURsurance team were extraordinary, the call centre staff were absolutely understanding and very sympathetic and understanding to our situation and did whatever they could to put us at ease and even offered to pay for a security guard to be at our home overnight because the burglar bars were damaged to access forced entry! From good to better it went, the advisor, salvage assessor and motor assessor are absolute quality human beings who advised, supported and reassured me every step of the way. I could never have imagine such quick hassle free service from an insurance company.
