Really sad service

<p>My first claim to date over 26 yeas I have been following up on this claim over an over and constantly promised to be called back. This has been a horrible experience. Funny just today I took out additional cover on a laptop and that was quick and painless. The sevice is great when money is going to be taken from the customer but make a claim and boy you are in for a journey of sub standard service, empty promises and a whopping phone bill expense as you continually have to call or nothing gets done. Even then nothing seems to get done.</p> <p> </p> <p> It's true, you don't know the quality of your provider until it comes time to claim</p> <p> </p> <p>Outsurance this is sad</p> <p> </p>
