Really bad service

<p>spoke to Mpho and I was told my refund will take 7 days , now its 7 days and I still haven’t received my refund. And the previous person I spoke to told me that if I submit my statement, I will get my refund in 24 hours and when I call back on Monday to enquire, I was told the payment will be in my account in 7 days. And now I am told it will take 30 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please may you release my refund immediately, that is poor service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be contacting FNB bank to cancel my house insurance with Outsurance.</p>
