Re qoute for my mother

<p>I was experiencing challenges with the qoutation that was made for my mother after i had reffered to Outsurance for a household insurance policy. Initially i was directed to the wrong department which then provided me with another email address that i had to send my query too.&nbsp; I emailed and in less than 2 hours Mpho Mathabatha gave me a call, and he managed to liase between me and mother within no time all was resolved.
