I have been with Outsurance for many years. Yes, I've had a claim or two ( always done expediently ). I've always been dealt with in the most professional, competent manner. I'm retired now and have been in communication with them a few times recently about my car insurance. They have taken my circumstances into account for a revised premium for me. I have also received a competitive quote to have another vehicle insured for a family member. On top of that, I took a chance to compare what they would quote on home insurance against what I'm currently paying elsewhere. Needless to say, I will be making the change next week.
